precipitate sediment
Any of various solid substances precipitated at the bottom of wine bottles, barrels, tanks and barrels, including a mixture of dead yeast cells, insoluble pieces of grape skin and grape seeds, and insoluble substances such as Tartrates and Phenolic Polymers.Red wine is sometimes used by crushing grape skins, juices, seeds and stems to express color, aroma, flavor and texture, but these mixtures are bottled without getting caught and remain as precipitates. In the case of white, it is difficult to incorporate a mixture because only juice is used in wine production, and precipitates are rarely left because they are often filtered for removal of Tartrates after low temperature safety.
